Savor our delectable snacks and drinks from our curated menu at the bar, or bring your own treats for a nominal corkage fee of $15 per bottle.

For an optimal experience, we recommend booking your private spa event at least a week in advance to ensure availability. Rest assured, our dedicated group coordinator will expertly manage your event and cater to any special requests you may have.

BOOKING PROTOCOL

How It Works:

  • Your group will enjoy a collective seating arrangement in a designated area, where personalized services will be provided.

  • Should you require it, a petite table can be arranged for display purposes. Feel free to bring your own culinary delights, along with disposable plates, cutlery, and decorations—just avoid anything that needs attaching to the walls.

  • For added convenience, services can be individually billed for each guest upon request.

  • Quench your thirst with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and water.

  • Looking for something a bit more spirited? Indulge in pre-purchased options like wine (by the glass/bottle), beer, champagne, as well as a selection of cocktails and mocktails.

  • And remember, all beverage orders can be conveniently ordered at the salon during your service.

Securing Your Booking:

  • Secure your group reservation for 3+ guests with a deposit of $20 per person. In the event of a complete group cancellation made at least 7 days before the scheduled booking, the entire deposit will be promptly refunded.

  • Please call 403-727-9998 or send us an email to vivespanails@gmail.com to provide details such as your preferred date, time, guest information, and desired services.

  • Once you receive confirmation of availability, secure your booking by promptly e-transferring the deposit fee to danduy2208@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For a complete event cancellation, kindly provide a minimum of 7 days' notice to receive a full deposit refund. If cancellation is within 2 days of the scheduled event, a 50% deposit refund will be processed.

  • To remove up to 2 clients from a group reservation, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a $20 fee per client.

  • To ensure the confirmation of your scheduled appointment, please submit your deposit at least 7 days before the designated date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
