reservation policy
Group reservations:
We are always delighted to welcome groups of 5 clients or more. If you would like to book for 5 people or more, please give us a call or email us directly, we will get back to you ASAP during business hours.
Please follow our Cancellation Policy and Late Arrival Policy when booking for big groups.
Deposit for group booking of 3+ clients:
A deposit of $20 per person is required for booking appointments of 3 clients or more.
Cancellation of the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in loss of the reservation fee/deposit. The deposit will be applied 100% on the day of the appointment and each guest can pay the remain fee of their own services.
Late arrivals:
To ensure that we provide the best and most relaxing experience possible, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled time.
Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated, we will either reschedule, cancel or shorten the service time.
24-hour Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you may be subject to a penalty fee. To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide us with a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
APPOINTMENT booking
All appointments requested within a 24-hour period must be done by phone.
In order to comply with Alberta’s public health measurements, we strongly encourage our clients to make appointments through phone calls or our online booking system.
